Banks Law Criminal Defense Attorneys

In Pennsylvania, the criminal process is managed by each county independently. As such, the process can differ slightly even though the laws are the same. This means that certain programs, such as Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD), Alternative Sentencing Program (ASP), Second Time Offenders Program (STOP), House Arrest, Drug Court, Mental Health Court, Section 17 Probation, County Intermediate Punishment (CIP), State Intermediate Punishment (SIP), Boot Camp (BC), Recidivism Risk Reduction Incentive (RRRI), Expungements, Driving Under Influence (DUI) Court, and Drug Court are managed and enforced separately by each County. These programs may be available for a charge of Driving Under the Influence (DUI), Simple Possession, Drug Offenses, Possession With Intent to Deliver (PWID), Assault, Harassment, Underage Drinking, Driving While License Suspended, and many other PA Criminal charges.
