As a first time offender, going through the legal process is scary and unfamiliar. I was very pleased with Mr. Banks. Even when I felt like giving up he proceeded to fight for me and my case was dismissed. I know that had I not gone to him I would have ended up in a different situation. Also being a single mom with twins my finances are tight. The Banks Law Group setup a payment plan I could handle.
